奶油蛋糕
我的中空模具是六寸的15cm,在网上搜了好多方子基本是两个鸡蛋,第一次就照着做了,结果烤出来变了可可味的蛋糕,亲们你们懂得,可能温度高还是蛋糕粉少了,这次自己调整了方子,烤出来的蛋糕爬的很高,下次再上这个戚风蛋糕的方子,可惜某人急于脱模,把烤好的蛋糕变的好丑,但我不怕,反正做奶油蛋糕,可以让它瞬间变成漂亮的蛋糕。

  • 六寸戚风蛋糕1个
  • 淡奶油340g
  • 绵白糖34g
  • 粉色素1滴

Steps to make 奶油蛋糕

  • 1.准备所需材料(照片用的之前的,实际用了三个鸡蛋)
  • 2.蛋黄里放入10克糖搅拌均匀
  • 3.加入色拉油搅拌均匀
  • 4.加入牛奶搅拌均匀
  • 5.低粉过刷后倒入蛋黄里
  • 6.蛋清和蛋黄分开,蛋清要倒在无水的打蛋盆里,用打蛋器打发到鱼眼发泡,第一次加入糖是打至比原来的大一倍,第二次放入糖打至有纹路状态,第三次放入糖打到硬性发泡状态(短直的小尖角)
  • 7.用橡皮刮刀翻拌均匀,成为蛋黄面糊,三分之一蛋白糊加入蛋黄糊中上下翻拌均匀
  • 8.将混合好的蛋糕糊加入到剩下的蛋白糊中翻拌均匀
  • 9.将蛋糕糊装入蛋糕模具中,用力震两下,震出大气泡。 放烤箱中下层,135度,烤约35分钟,中途尽量不开烤箱门,烤好后马上取出倒扣,以防回缩。彻底冷却后,将蛋糕倒出来即可
  • 10.蛋糕一切二
  • 11.淡奶油里放入糖,将淡奶油打发好
  • 12.取一片蛋糕片
  • 13.放上奶油,把奶油抹平
  • 14.盖上另一片蛋糕,继续抹平
  • 15.全部抹平的蛋糕,(看着很不光滑吧,别急我会把它全部掩盖掉)
  • 16.取一小部分淡奶油,放入一滴色素
  • 17.搅拌均匀
  • 18.接下来就是自己随性发挥啦
