    Steps to make 胡萝卜烧鸡胸肉

    • 1.准备鸡胸肉一块,先改刀切成大块,再片成厚薄适中的肉片,用刀平拍肉片,让肉片肌肉纤维变松。放在碗中,加盐、料酒、生抽、胡椒粉和辣椒粉抓均匀。
    • 2.胡萝卜和洋葱都切成粗丝备用。
    • 3.平底锅倒油预热,把腌好的肉片一片片下锅,保持中火加热,把肉片煎熟,期间需要翻面。
    • 4.肉片煎熟后出锅,切成一口大小的块备用。
    • 5.炒锅中再淋一些油,放上洋葱丝和胡萝卜丝煎炒,
    • 6.洋葱和胡萝卜都属于鲜味食物,也都自带甜味,盖上锅盖,转小火把洋葱和胡萝卜煎熟,这个过程用小火,洋葱和胡萝卜会变软,不需要加水也不会糊锅。
    • 7.接着把鸡肉片倒入锅中,酌量添一点儿清水或者高汤,加老抽,甜面酱,蚝油,盖上锅盖焖煮几分钟,
