鲜虾土司卷
从北戴河带回来的海虾,当时是活的,被我用瓶子冻起来带回来的。冷冻后自然没有活的新鲜了,于是就改变一个吃法,炸了以后包裹土司,这样虾吃起来依然鲜美.

Steps to make 鲜虾土司卷

  • 1.虾挑去虾线,剪掉虾枪,挑出头部沙包,剪须腿,然后用竹签串起来,防止炸的时候卷缩
  • 2.淀粉、面粉按1:1的比例配好,加适量水和成手溜糊,加入盐和黑胡椒粉
  • 3.把虾放入糊里挂糊。
  • 4.五成热的油温炸熟。
  • 5.用新做的土司,因为新做的柔软,不易破。拿起一片看看,很软吧
  • 6.土司切掉四边,用擀面杖擀薄,这样不会吸太多蛋液,也更结实
  • 7.炸好的虾取出竹签
  • 8.放到土司片上卷起来。
  • 9.沾蛋液
  • 10.煎锅中放少量油,煎至四面金黄,煎好后斜刀切段装盘即可
