Steps to make 菌菇焖草鱼

  • 1.备好所用的食材。
  • 2.草鱼块洗净,用适量细盐腌再备用。
  • 3.热锅加油,姜片下锅爆香。
  • 4.将鱼块冲洗控水好后下锅。
  • 5.煎制好后加入适量料酒酱油。
  • 6.再加入适量清水焖煮至鱼微入味。
  • 7.同时也将鱼鳔下锅同煮至出味
  • 8.最后将菌菇改刀下锅,再煮五分钟即可。
  • 9.再把青蒜段下锅提鲜提色即可。
  • 10.这样子一份鲜味十足的菌菇焖草鱼完成。
