【巧克力奶酪蛋糕】

  • 动物性淡奶油50克
  • 香草精1/4小勺
  • 玉米淀粉10克
  • 黑巧克力40克
  • 黄油10克

Steps to make 【巧克力奶酪蛋糕】

  • 1.把奶油奶酪放进一个大碗里,放入装有水的大锅里,隔水加热至奶油奶酪彻底软化,用打蛋器打顺滑
  • 2.在碗里加入细砂糖,用电动打蛋器把奶油奶酪和糖一起打至顺滑状。
  • 3.将一个鸡蛋打入奶酪糊里,搅拌均匀后再加入另一个鸡蛋继续搅打混合均匀
  • 4.这时将放在水里的碗提出来,在奶酪糊里加入淡奶油和香草精,拌匀
  • 5.在奶酪糊里筛入玉米淀粉,轻轻拌匀
  • 6.模具外层包上一层锡纸,烤盘里注入1/3清水,放于烤箱最下层,烤盘上一层放烤架,将模具放在烤架上,烤箱预热150度,中层60-70分钟左右
  • 7.烤好的蛋糕先别脱模,待凉却至室温时再脱模
  • 8.等待蛋糕冷却时开始制作巧克力酱,把黑巧克力和黄油切小块,放入大碗里,倒入60克动物性淡奶油
  • 9.隔水加热,并不断搅拌,直到黄油和巧克力完全融化即成巧克力酱
  • 10.冷却后的蛋糕切件,把巧克力酱直接淋在奶酪蛋糕上,装饰上巧克力球即可
