西瓜西米露
最近的天气不知道为什么变得特别特别热,就连每年夏天傲娇的20度大青岛,今天也突破了35度。

对于我这种怕热的人来说,夏天的最爱就是可以懒懒的瘫在家里,吹着空调,连着wifi,吃一口西瓜,喝一口冰,撸撸汪,看看电视剧,这才是夏天的正确打开方式啊~

要想夏天过得好,西瓜一定不能少!

Steps to make 西瓜西米露

  • 1.西瓜用水果勺挖出想要的形状,放到冰箱冷藏备用
  • 2.准备一个小奶锅,水开后倒入150g西米,我用的是小粒的西米,需要注意西米不需要洗,也不要用手搓,否则就变成粉末了,后面煮开后会用凉水冲洗。
  • 3.小火慢煮,煮西米的时候要不停的搅拌,防止粘锅
  • 4.煮到西米周围透明,中间剩一点白芯的时候就可以关火啦
  • 5.盖盖焖5分钟,使西米变得完全透明。这个步骤是西米变透明的关键一步。
  • 6.接下来用凉水将西米过一下,这一步是为了让西米更有弹性更透明
  • 7.小碗中倒入小西米,加250ml牛奶
  • 8.加30g白砂糖,搅拌均匀
  • 9.再加冷藏好的西瓜球
  • 10.少女心满满的西瓜西米露就做好啦
