    • 1.新鲜牛扒从冰箱拿出来后放粗盐和黑胡椒腌几分钟,预备蒜头,芦笋切断放到开水中放盐煮1分钟备用,瓶装香草适量。
    • 2.锅烧热放牛油和牛扒,中小火煎,两面各2分钟,因为这块牛扒不算厚,两面各1分钟也是可以的。
