笋还是婆婆家后院自种的呢,那会嫩笋刚冒出来的时候,婆婆就切洗腌晒了许多,现在想家了就会炖上一份解馋。

Steps to make 猪肉焖笋

  • 1.备好所用食材。
  • 2.预热好电炖锅,将猪肉及姜还有桂皮香菇下锅。
  • 3.焖煎十分钟的样子。
  • 4.猪肉微出油也出味了。
  • 5.再将笋片下锅,先焖十分钟至笋出味。
  • 6.再加入清水焖40分钟。
  • 7.最后加入细盐调个味。
  • 8.再加入葱段及酱油提鲜即可。
