  • 1.把南瓜洗干净去皮。
  • 2.准备食材将枸杞和红枣用水洗干净泡上。
  • 3.南瓜切成薄片。
  • 4.上锅蒸15分钟。
  • 5.蒸好的南瓜把里面的水倒掉。
  • 6.趁热把白糖加进去。
  • 7.用勺子压成南瓜泥。
  • 8.加适量的糯米粉。
  • 9.用勺子拌成絮状。
  • 10.揉成光滑的面团。
  • 11.用手搓成大小均匀的丸子。
  • 12.泡好的红枣用厨房剪刀剪成小块。
  • 13.将玉米淀粉用水拌成水淀粉备用。
  • 14.锅中加水,将红枣块倒进去小火煮15分钟。
  • 15.再将做好的糯米丸子倒进水里煮至丸子飘起来。
  • 16.加醪糟进去烧开。
  • 17.再将红糖放进去。
  • 18.把泡好的枸杞放进去煮开。
  • 19.最后将水淀粉倒进去烧开即可出锅。
