  • 5.擀薄厚均匀面坯切小条。
  • 6.用筷子沾水中间划一下,两条叠压一起。
  • 7.用筷子中间按压纹路,全部做好。静止醒面15分钟!
  • 8.锅里宽油,中火炸制,油条放入锅里要不停翻面。
  • 9.不停翻面受热均匀炸制表面金黄酥脆,飘起熟了捞出。
