  • 1.虾饺粉木薯粉备用
  • 2.馅料备用
  • 3.虾饺粉和木薯粉2:1的比例混合,加少许猪油
  • 4.开水和面用筷子搅拌成块状
  • 5.揉成团醒制三十分钟左右
  • 6.虾处理干净去头去虾线备用
  • 7.肉改刀成泥状,虾切大块,口感有层次
  • 8.葱,胡萝卜改刀,玉米粒一同加入
  • 9.加入五香粉,姜粉热油浇入
  • 10.打一个鸡蛋入馅提鲜
  • 11.加盐调味搅拌均匀腌制备用
  • 12.粉团搓成同等大小的剂子
  • 13.开始包饺子
  • 14.依次包完放入蒸笼
  • 15.开水锅蒸至20分钟即可,若包的小可15分钟
