Steps to make 胡萝卜土豆烧鸭胗

  • 1.准备部分须处理的材料
  • 2.鸭胗洗净后切小块
  • 3.倒入适量料酒和盐
  • 4.用筷子拌匀后腌制20分钟左右。
  • 5.准备葱姜蒜。将土豆和胡萝卜去皮切小块后清水浸泡备用。
  • 6.炒锅烧热倒入适量玉米油爆香葱姜蒜
  • 7.倒入腌制好的鸭胗翻炒
  • 8.翻炒至鸭胗全部变色
  • 9.加入老抽,生抽,醋。
  • 10.加入白砂糖。
  • 11.翻炒均匀后倒入适量清水。
  • 12.大火烧开后转小火闷烧15分钟。
  • 13.倒入沥去水的土豆和胡萝卜块翻炒匀
  • 14.加入盐,黑胡椒粉,五香粉,翻炒匀。
  • 15.烧开后改小火再闷烧15分钟左右即可。
  • 16.出锅前淋少许香麻油然后洒些香菜。
