韩式南瓜粥
简单又好吃的韩式南瓜粥,吃完油腻的食物后来上一小碗,清新又解腻。

  • 枸杞少许

Steps to make 韩式南瓜粥

  • 1.准备材料
  • 2. 南瓜去皮去籽切块,上锅蒸熟
  • 3.蒸好的南瓜和水一起倒入料理机中,打成较浓稠的糊
  • 4. 开火,锅里放水,然后放入小圆子煮熟至浮起,盛出备用
  • 5. 糯米粉加清水化开
  • 6. 将南瓜糊倒入干净的锅里,小火煮至微沸,然后将糯米粉水分几次加入,一边加一边搅拌
  • 7. 加入枸杞和冰糖以及1/3小勺的盐,糖煮化后关火
  • 8.准备干净的碗,放入煮熟的小圆子
  • 9.再将煮好的南瓜糊倒入碗中,上面撒上葡萄干
