  • 1.将肉洗净切片。
  • 2.青红辣椒切片备用。
  • 3.姜蒜切片,葱切小段。
  • 4.锅里放油,放入肥肉中小火将油煸出。
  • 5.将肥肉煸成金黄盛出。
  • 6.放入瘦肉利用猪油将瘦肉泡炒变色盛出,油留锅内备用。
  • 7.放入姜蒜片爆香。
  • 8.放入干椒节,豆鼓爆出香味。
  • 9.放入青红椒,调入盐翻炒。
  • 10.倒入肉片翻炒,调入料酒翻炒。
  • 11.放入少量的清水,调入盐,生抽,几滴老抽和香醋炒匀。
  • 12.放入葱段炒匀即可上碟。
