糖渍金桔

Steps to make 糖渍金桔

  • 1.买回来的金桔去蒂用盐水浸泡十分钟洗干净。
  • 2.控干水分。
  • 3.用刀在金桔上划5—7刀。
  • 4.用手将金桔压扁。
  • 5.用牙签去掉金桔里面的籽。
  • 6.取一个无油无水的瓶子,一层白糖一层金桔,装好后盖上盖放冰箱2至3天直到白糖融化。
  • 7.将金桔和糖水一起放到锅里。
  • 8.里面加一大碗水。
  • 9.两块黄冰糖。
  • 10.大火煮开转小火。
  • 11.小火慢慢熬制,等汤汁变得浓稠,金桔变成透明色。
  • 12.大火收汁关火装盘。
