汤种培根香葱面包
这款面包虽然做法简单,但却深受家人喜爱,咸咸的香香的软软的,不仅用料丰富,口感层次也丰富,既饱腹又美味,而且奶香味浓郁,是我最喜欢的一款咸面包!不论是用它做点心还是做早餐都是非常合适的!

  • 砂糖30克
  • 3克
  • 酵母3克
  • 牛奶130克
  • 黄油20克
  • 烫种50克
  • 鸡蛋20克

Steps to make 汤种培根香葱面包

  • 1.将除黄油以外的其他材料放入面包桶里设置一个和面程序烫种:开水30克 ,砂糖2.5克,高筋面粉25克,将高筋面粉和砂糖搅拌均加入开水烫成团即可,冷却备用。
  • 2.一个程序之后放入黄油,再选择二个和面程序
  • 3.基础发酵至两倍大,取出面团排气,分成8份,松弛15分钟
  • 4.取一份面团擀皮,放上奶酪片
  • 5.放上培根片(培根先放入锅中煎熟备用
  • 6.将面皮对折
  • 7.再把面皮卷起,最后的边缘用手压薄
  • 8.全部做好后放到刷油的烤盘中
  • 9.二次发酵至两倍大,刷蛋液,再撒上香葱末烤箱预热180度,上下火中层,烤20分钟,上色后记得加盖锡纸。
