Steps to make 番茄竹升面

  • 1.番茄去皮尽量切碎点儿。
  • 2.一个鸡蛋打散备用。
  • 3.热锅热油,爆香葱花,倒入蛋液翻炒。
  • 4.加入西红柿继续翻炒,炒到西红柿软烂出汁。
  • 5.放入十三香少许。
  • 6.加入牛肉粉适量(不打算加盐的话牛肉粉要多加一勺)。
  • 7.加入开水,水不要太多。
  • 8.水开放入竹升面。
  • 9.用筷子把面搅散,煮2分钟左右。
  • 10.加入白胡椒粉适量。
  • 11.完成。
