砂锅鱼头豆腐

Steps to make 砂锅鱼头豆腐

  • 1.花鲢鱼头一个洗净、去除鱼鳞和鱼鳃、
  • 2.豆腐一块、
  • 3.葱、姜和香菜、
  • 4.葱姜切成丝、香菜切成段、
  • 5.豆腐切成块状、
  • 6.炒锅上火烧热、倒入油、油热放入鱼头煎、待一面煎黄后、翻至另一面稍微煎一下即可、
  • 7.鱼头煎黄后放入葱姜丝、在到入开水、
  • 8.再次烧开后倒入砂锅中、并一次性放入足够的水、大火烧开后转小火煲30分钟、然后将切好的豆腐放入砂锅、 再次开锅后、加入适量盐和鸡精、胡椒粉调味即可、
