金桔蜜饯
咳嗽好几天,连烘焙都戒了好几天。想吃好吃的,还是得把喉咙问题解决掉,正好孩子干妈又拎来一大袋金桔,想着就做蜜饯金桔吧,熬出来的糖水冲了喝还可以润喉呢

Steps to make 金桔蜜饯

  • 1.金桔用淡盐水洗净,沥干水
  • 2.用小刀在两头切个小十字口
  • 3.干净无油的锅内倒入冰糖
  • 4.倒入清水开始煮沸
  • 5.直到糖完全融化
  • 6.倒入金桔,盖上盖子煮沸后转小火焖煮30到40分钟
  • 7.直到出现半透明状态,此时的金桔皮会凹着贴着核,熄火盖上盖子让其浸泡6-8小时
  • 8.用勺子沥干糖水放入碟子,入微波炉中高火微13-15分钟直到金桔表皮变得有韧性即可
  • 9.晶莹剔透,口感很好,熬出来的水可以放入干净容器能,喝的时候兑些温水,可以润喉
