  • 1.糯米淘洗干净,红枣洗净。
  • 2.藕去皮,从一端切开一点。

  • 6.将藕放进高压锅,把红枣放进锅里。
  • 7.同时放入红糖。
  • 8.并放入一块冰糖。
  • 9.加水没过藕。
  • 10.高压锅上汽后小火再煮30分钟。
  • 11.等自然出气后,放凉切片浇上藕汁,淋一点糖桂花和蜂蜜就可以了。
  • 12.甜甜的藕汁也很好喝。
