简易韩式烤肉
团圆时刻,和家人聚在一起吃饭,总是件非常幸福的事情。谈笑风声的幸福中国年,全家围坐,一边烤肉,一边聊天,其乐融融。
冬天就是大口吃肉的季节,在家自己做烤肉,卫生又实惠。虽然这道菜,也可以用烤箱和平底锅煎,但是我感觉到还是围在桌边用烤炉一边烤一边吃比较惬意。做好的烤肉可以蘸取自己喜欢的蘸料,搭配些素食一起食用。

    • 1.原料备用。
    • 2.味好美韩式烤肉调料加入适量的水,搅拌均匀。
    • 3.五花肉切成2-3毫米的厚片。
    • 4.肉片放入烤肉料内,腌两小时以上。
    • 5.烧烤铁板预热,均匀的摆上腌好的肉片。
    • 6.过几分钟后翻面。
    • 7.中间适时翻面。直到五花肉烤熟,食用时可以蘸取自己喜欢的蘸料。
