  • 1.准备好肉馅,用一些盐和黑胡椒碎腌制一下。
  • 2.番茄和洋葱切碎,准备好蒜,也剁成蒜末。
  • 3.锅里放适量的黄油,溶化后,先放入肉馅炒熟,盛起备用。
  • 4.锅里另外放黄油,先下蒜末和洋葱炒香,再倒入番茄酱。
  • 5.翻炒片刻后,倒入番茄。
  • 6.翻炒至番茄大量出水,倒入炒好的肉馅。
  • 7.倒入适量的热水,大火烧开后,中小火煮几分钟,放入盐、糖和黑胡椒碎再煮几分钟。
  • 8.至汤汁浓稠即可。
  • 9.最后就是煮面了,水开后,放少量的盐和油,再放入意面煮8分钟,捞起,撒一些罗勒,再倒入肉酱,拌匀即可。
