Steps to make 坚果巧克力手指饼

  • 1.准备食材:低筋粉、黄油、奶粉、糖粉、鸡蛋、小苏打、泡打粉、香草精、巧克力酱、坚果;
  • 2.低筋粉、奶粉、糖粉、小苏打、泡打粉混合过筛,倒入融化的黄油、鸡蛋、香草精中拌均;
  • 3.拌均好,揉成光滑面团;
  • 4.面团擀成长方形;
  • 5.从二边向中间对折,折成四折;
  • 6.四折面皮擀薄成长方形,再次对折,来回四次;
  • 7.擀成厚度0.5cm面皮,切成长8cm,长方条;PS:不规则边缘去掉
  • 8.烤盘垫上硅油纸,放入切好的手指饼胚放入烤盘;PS:饼干直接留有空隙;
  • 9.烤箱预热,选择后旋风加热,165度,15分钟;PS:每个烤箱不同,功能、温度和时间略有差异。
  • 10.巧克力酱加入至50度,乘热,均衡的把1/2手指饼裹上巧克力酱;
  • 11.把砸碎的坚果均衡的撒上,让其黏住,晾凉即可。
