糖醋排骨是个入得高雅大堂,进的平常人家餐桌的菜,其酸甜适口的味道,红润浓郁的色泽,成为很是讨人喜的经典的家常菜。

     排骨有很高的营养价值,具有滋阴壮阳、益精补血的功效。熬汤来放上葱,和一些相应的调味料,煮过后非常美味,也很有营养。
  
  排骨味道鲜美,也不会太过油腻。猪排骨除含蛋白质、脂肪、维生素外,还含有大量磷酸钙、骨胶原、骨粘蛋白等,可为幼儿和老人提供钙质。

    Steps to make 糖醋排骨

    • 1.猪肋排洗净斩成10公分左右长段,把猪肋排、八角、桂皮、香叶,精盐放入高压锅,添入没过猪肋排的清水。
    • 2.开锅后,压10分钟即可。
    • 3.取干净小碗,倒入两汤匙陈醋。
    • 4.倒入一汤匙酱油,喜欢颜色厚重些的可用老抽代替酱油。
    • 5.调入适量的精盐。
    • 6.根据喜好倒入需要量的白糖。
    • 7.把压好的猪肋排盛出,控净水分。
    • 8.锅里倒入植物油,油热后倒入猪肋排小火炸制金黄后捞出控油。
    • 9.锅里留底油,放入葱姜蒜末爆香。
    • 10.倒入炸过的猪肋排,小火翻炒。
    • 11.倒入调好的味汁。
    • 12.大火翻炒至汤汁浓稠,能够挂在猪肋排上,关火洒上熟芝麻即可。
