韩式火辣鸡爪
韩式火辣鸡爪是现韩国人非常喜欢的下酒菜,做起来并不难。

  • 辣椒粉3勺
  • 味精少许
  • 白糖少许

Steps to make 韩式火辣鸡爪

  • 1.首先把买来的鸡爪洗干净
  • 2.葱姜蒜切末,在把葱姜蒜切段,切片备用。
  • 3.小辣椒也要切末,不用太小,但也不要太大。
  • 4.把洗好的鸡爪放到锅里,加点盐和葱姜蒜,煮10~15分钟,差不多熟了就行,记得撇出沫。之后把熟了的鸡爪取出备用。剩下的汤不要扔。
  • 5.干净的碗里放入三勺辣椒酱,三勺辣椒粉
  • 6.切好的小辣椒末和葱姜蒜末,味精,白糖,白醋少许,酱油2~3勺左右,在放入煮鸡爪剩下的汤调好后淋在鸡爪上拌匀。
  • 7.准备好锅,不用放油,把鸡爪直接放到锅里,开小火,等快收完汁的时候淋上少许香油和白芝麻。
  • 8.韩式火辣鸡爪就这样完成了,喜欢吃辣的人小辣椒可以多放。
