因为禽流感,好久没吃鸡了。作为一个资深吃货,二个月没吃鸡了,总觉得馋得慌,于是冒着危险,把这盘口水鸡吃了。其实专家们也说了,只要把鸡煮熟了再吃,还是安全滴。

Steps to make 口水鸡

  • 1.鸡半只,去除肉脏,将血水冲洗干净
  • 2.锅中加水,放入葱段,姜片,盐,料酒及清洗干净的草鸡,开火煮开,转小火煮十分钟后关火,浸泡20分钟捞出
  • 3.干净的盘中加入凉开水及冰块,放入煮好的草鸡浸泡干分钟捞出
  • 4.生抽,美极鲜酱油,鸡汤,辣椒酱,芝麻酱,花椒粉,白糖,醋,辣椒油,香油调成汁
  • 5.将冰好的鸡斩成块,淋上调味汁,撒上芝麻、花生、葱花即可
