Steps to make 酱香烤鸡爪

  • 1.鸡爪洗净在清水中浸泡1小时左右
  • 2.剪去指甲
  • 3.将蒜末,油,黑胡椒酱,韩式辣酱,盐放在碗内搅匀,调成酱汁
  • 4.锅加水加入料酒,凉水下入鸡爪,开锅后焯水2-3分钟捞出晾凉
  • 5.将酱汁均匀的刷在鸡爪上,放在烤网上
  • 6.烤箱预热,上下管200度,入中层烤15分钟即可,烤好后趁热食用
