Steps to make 凉拌土豆粉

  • 1.肉丝中加入生抽, 料酒, 盐, 生粉和胡椒粉等调味料;
  • 2.搅拌均匀后腌制五分钟;

  • 4.煮上两, 三分钟后, 捞出来放在凉开水中;
  • 5.碗中放入适量的芝麻和辣椒面;
  • 6.锅中放入油, 将油烧热至微微冒烟,倒入准备好的原料中, 最后搅拌一下;
  • 7.烧热锅,加入适量的油, 下入腌好的肉丝翻炒;
  • 8.肉丝炒好后盛入碗中,再准备好红萝卜丝, 紫甘蓝丝和黄瓜丝;
  • 9.将土豆粉捞出沥干后垫入盘底;
  • 10.表面上顺着放上红萝卜丝,紫甘蓝丝和黄瓜丝,中间放上些蒜末,再加入适量的盐,白醋和胡椒粉等调味料;
  • 11.将炒好的肉丝在菜品表面的中央;
  • 12.再将自制的辣椒油撒在上面;
  • 13.再在上面撒些花生碎, 就可以端上桌了;
