  • 蔓越莓50g
  • 黄油15g
  • 3g
  • 肉桂一茶匙
  • 白糖18g
  • 牛奶210ml
  • 奶粉7g
  • 酵母3g

Steps to make 肉桂蔓越莓面包

  • 1.准备食材
  • 2.面包桶内依次加入牛奶,盐,糖,面包粉,奶粉和酵母粉选择和面程序20分钟
  • 3.蔓越莓里倒入朗姆酒拌匀
  • 4.20分钟后加入黄油再选择和面一个程序
  • 5.搅拌至面团表面光滑细致能拉出不易破的膜
  • 6.断电盖上发酵至2倍大
  • 7.取出揉匀排气盖上保鲜膜静置15分钟
  • 8.一汤匙白糖和一茶匙肉桂粉拌匀
  • 9.静置松弛的面团擀成长薄片撒上混合好的白糖和肉桂粉再把蔓越莓捞起均匀加上
  • 10.从上往下卷起后分成14等份
  • 11.第一层放5个
  • 12.中间交叉处放4个
  • 13.第三层和第一层放置位置一样
  • 14.盖上湿布发酵至2倍大
  • 15.通电选择烘烤程序,烤色按中色,设定时间为40分钟
  • 16.时间到后立即取出面包晾晾切片
