Steps to make 葡萄干卷心酥

  • 1.将葡萄干清晰沙尘,用厨房纸吸干水分。
  • 2.用料理机将葡萄干和核桃仁(烤熟)搅碎,加入蜂蜜拌匀。
  • 3.将黄油室温下软化,加入糖用打蛋器搅打均匀,分次加入蛋液,继续搅拌均匀。
  • 4.加入香草精,将泡打粉与低粉混合筛入黄油里。
  • 5.用翻拌铲拌匀,用手和成面团,如冷藏室松弛30分钟。
  • 6.将松弛好的面团分成两份,擀成3mm的面片。
  • 7.均匀的铺上內馅,轻轻地卷起面片,并用保鲜膜包好,放入冷冻室里冷冻1小时。
  • 8.取出饼干卷切成5mm的圆片,放入烤盘,留出足够的间隔。
  • 9.烤箱上下火160度,烤制20分钟即可
