Steps to make 自制萝卜干

  • 1.萝卜洗净,先切厚度一厘米的长片状,再切两刀,一刀不断的条状(这个步骤是方便晾晒),一层盐,一层萝卜,腌制两小时,中间从下往上翻动,让萝卜都浸到盐,之后倒掉腌制出的水分,晾晒2天(晴天有太阳晒2天,阴天没太阳晒3天)。
  • 2.萝卜收起,用白开水(注意,可以喝的凉白开)洗下(这里是洗去晾晒间的灰尘),之后拧干。
  • 3.切成小块备用(切得大小不一请谅解)。
  • 4.熬腌制汁:7根萝卜,酱油7大勺+醋6大勺+糖+4大勺+盐2小勺+味精1小勺,大火煮开,放一边凉(这里没有固定的比例,腌制之中可以自己试看看味道,试着加调料)。
  • 5.小米椒2根+姜适量(不爱姜味可不放)+蒜适量。
  • 6.调料汁凉了之后加入切好的萝卜里搅拌,腌制1~2小时即可。
  • 7.装瓶,之间要把瓶子上下摇晃(要使上面的萝卜耶吸到汁)。
  • 8.喝粥最佳搭配o(* ̄︶ ̄*)o
