Steps to make 滑嫩玉子豆腐蒸虾仁

  • 1.准备图片中所需食材
  • 2.鲜虾去头去壳去虾线洗干净备用
  • 3.玉子豆腐切片
  • 4.如图所示的把玉子豆腐和虾仁码好,中间留一个圈圈
  • 5.敲一个鸡蛋进去中间的圈圈
  • 6.冷水上锅,水开蒸7分钟即可出锅
  • 7.取一个小碗调酱汁,加一勺蚝油
  • 8.一勺生抽
  • 9.再加入两勺蒸出来的汤汁,混合所有调料翻拌均匀浇到蒸好的虾仁玉子上(除了酱汁加的两勺汤汁,其余蒸出来的汤汁要全部倒掉再浇上酱汁)
  • 10.锅里烧热油
  • 11.淋到浇好汤汁的虾仁玉子豆腐上
  • 12.最后撒上葱花再稍微装饰一下就完成了
