Steps to make 椰子奶油酥饼

  • 1.所有材料准备好,低筋粉、玉米淀粉提前过筛入碗中,黄油切小块室温软化,椰子粉可将椰蓉用料理机打碎过筛
  • 2.黄油和糖粉用橡皮刮刀搅拌均匀,然后滴入几滴香草精
  • 3.用电动打蛋器高速打发成体积略膨大,颜色变浅些黄油糊
  • 4.所有的粉类搅拌一起,过筛,略粗的椰粉也一同倒入,打蛋器上的黄油不要浪费,用粉类清理干净
  • 5.先用橡皮刮刀搅拌成松散的状态
  • 6.再用手抓捏成面团,不要用揉面的方式,防止起筋
  • 7.分成粗条状,用保鲜膜包裹好,入冰箱冷藏后冷藏30分钟后再使用
  • 8.将面团分成小面剂,然后用手揉圆,入烤盘中,留出足够的膨胀距离
  • 9.入提前预热好的烤箱中中层,170度,上下火,15分钟
  • 10.表面变浅褐色即可,时间到,停火,在烤箱中余温焖5分钟再出炉
  • 11.用手将粘连在一起的小酥饼分离开,放晾架上晾凉后封罐保存
  • 12.椰香浓郁,口感酥脆,真是太美味了!
