铁板日本豆腐
很喜欢这道铁板豆腐,每次和朋友一起吃饭这个菜都是最先被扫光的一道菜,但是由于以往在菜场一直买不到日本豆腐所以从来都没有做过呢,好多次都是为了吃这个而下馆子最近在超市看见有卖日本豆腐的了,赶紧买回几条回家炮制,一如既往的受到欢迎的,尤其是我弟弟特别爱吃的,做了几次这个大部分都是被他吃了。
这道菜做了好多天了,一直没时间发,今天晚上严重失眠,在床上翻来覆去好几个小时睡不着,于是我果断的爬起来了,反正在床上睡不着也是浪费时间,不如起来发日志做面包了。

  • 土鸡蛋5个
  • 洋葱半个
  • 青椒半个
  • 胡萝卜半个
  • 香肠1小块
  • 番茄酱50克
  • 鲜鸡汁数滴

Steps to make 铁板日本豆腐

  • 1.准备所需要的食材。
  • 2.鸡蛋打撒备用。
  • 3.淀粉加水调成水淀粉。
  • 4.各种配菜切碎丁。
  • 5.锅中倒油烧热。
  • 6.切成小块的日本豆腐放在淀粉里打个滚(切日本豆腐的照片不知道什么时候被我删了)。
  • 7.锅中油烧热后,放入沾满淀粉的日本豆腐。
  • 8.另取一锅,倒少量的油烧热。
  • 9.放入洋葱碎炒香。
  • 10.放入胡萝卜丁和香肠丁炒匀。
  • 11.放入番茄酱翻炒。
  • 12.倒入适量的热水放盐调味,煮开。
  • 13.番茄汁烧开后放入炸好的日本豆腐。
  • 14.倒入欠汁。
  • 15.烧至浓稠后,放入青椒碎炒匀。
  • 16.放入适量鲜鸡汁后用小火保温。
  • 17.铁板放火上烧热后刷一层油。
  • 18.把蛋液浇在铁板上。
  • 19.几秒钟后蛋液大部分凝固。
  • 20.倒入调好味的铁板豆腐,关火。
