  • 老抽1汤匙
  • 淡酱油1汤匙

Steps to make 五花肉叉烧

  • 1.五花肉去皮。
  • 2.放入容器里,加入姜片、葱段,香叶。
  • 3.小碗里加入剩余的腌料拌匀。
  • 4.加入五花肉里抹匀,放入冰箱腌制至少24个小时。
  • 5.烤箱预热175度。烤盘铺上锡纸,放入腌制好的五花肉,放进烤箱烤25分钟。
  • 6.取一小碗倒入适量的蜂蜜融化。
  • 7.将烤了25分钟的五花肉取出刷一层蜂蜜。
  • 8.再烤20分钟,期间再刷一次蜂蜜。烤好的叉烧放凉后切片装盘。
