肉采用的是里脊肉,肉味香嫩,软嫩、易嚼。蔬菜鲜香,汤红油亮,麻辣味浓,最宜下饭,为家常美食之一,特色"麻、辣、鲜、香”

    • 1.准备好材料:豆腐皮、千张、香菇、肉、辣椒沫、姜、花椒粉、豆瓣酱、香辣酱、鸡汤汁 、芝麻、蒜、葱、香菜、芹菜
    • 2.腌制肉:鸡蛋、生抽、油、生粉、盐
    • 3.腌制10-15分钟

    • 14.水煮开放入肉片
    • 15.加入生抽
    • 16.将肉片煮熟,不宜太久,将豆芽、豆腐皮、摆在盘子底部,肉片和汤汁淋再上面
    • 17.撒上芝麻、辣椒沫
    • 18.再摆上葱、香菜、淋上热油,香喷喷的水煮肉片完成
