  • 1.鸡半边,处理干净。剁块。
  • 2.剁好的鸡块,加入洋葱、生抽2匙拌匀腌制15分钟。
  • 3.杏鲍菇洗好切条。
  • 4.香菇切宽条。
  • 5.切好青椒、红椒、姜丝。
  • 6.锅里温油炒香姜丝。
  • 7.加入鸡块爆炒至变色,加入老抽炒匀上色。
  • 8.加入杏鲍菇炒匀。
  • 9.加入适量开水,烧开后转小火焖15至20分钟。
  • 10.加入香菇炒至熟。
  • 11.加入红椒和青椒片,加少许盐炒匀。
  • 12.装碟。
