麻食的制作过程
麻食是一种类似猫耳朵的面食,似乎只有陕西人才给它冠以这个奇怪的名字。烩麻食是陕西关中的一种家庭小吃,尤其在西安及其周边地区十分的流行。手工麻食口味筋道,汤料味道浓郁,汤中配上自己喜欢的时令蔬菜,更是可以做出百变的花样。虽说万变不离其宗,它总归是麻食,但可以尽着自己的性情变汤变菜,又能吃到特色的麻食,岂不快哉!

    Steps to make 麻食的制作过程

    • 1.如果不会做或者嫌麻烦,那么也可以从面店或超市直接买现成的即可。
    • 2.将胡萝卜、豆角、西红柿、香菇、土豆、切丁,葱姜蒜切末备用。
    • 3.锅内倒入少许油。
    • 4.放几粒花椒(待香味炒出再将花椒盛出,以免影响食物美观)。
    • 5.将葱姜蒜放入锅中爆香,依次放入切好的蔬菜并均匀的翻炒。
    • 6.待菜炒出水分即可。
    • 7.加入少许蚝油、盐、鸡精。
    • 8.继续翻炒,盛出备用。
    • 9.锅内放水煮麻食,待8成熟时放入炒好的菜,加入一个蛋液,大火煮开即可。
    • 10.这道面食不仅口感滑润,而且营养丰富,很适合孩子,你也不妨试试。
