  • 1.准备好戚风蛋糕,模具,黑巧克力隔水融化备用,吉利丁粉提前用少许水泡着然后隔水融化备用,淡奶油。
  • 2.戚风蛋糕压出你喜欢的样子。
  • 3.黑巧克力隔水融化,备用。
  • 4.淡奶油加入适量白糖,准备打发。
  • 5.奶油打发到出现清晰纹路即可。
  • 6.融化的黑巧克力倒入淡奶油。
  • 7.搅拌均匀。
  • 8.缓缓倒入融化的吉利丁液,搅拌均匀。
  • 9.戚风蛋糕垫底,轻轻倒入慕斯液,让它刚刚盖住第一片蛋糕片。
  • 10.轻轻放上第二片蛋糕。
  • 11.倒入最后的慕斯液,抹平表面,轻轻挑开气泡。放入冰箱冷藏,过夜。
  • 12.第二天取出,用吹风脱模,表面用一点打发的奶油装饰,撒上可可粉,装饰几片杏仁片。
