Steps to make 红火龙果慕斯

  • 1. 火龙果打成泥。
  • 2.隔水加热,加入泡软的吉利丁,至吉利丁融化关火,晾凉备用。
  • 3.加入酸奶拌匀,我没用奶油,为了低热量,喜欢的可以加入奶油,那样成型效果会更好。
  • 4.蛋糕切片。
  • 5.在模具中倒入慕斯液。
  • 6.制作镜面:火龙果打成泥加水加热,加入泡软的吉利丁片至融化。
  • 7.待慕斯定型,倒入镜面材料,冷藏4小时候用电吹风吹模具周围,脱模。
  • 8.装饰点银珠糖,无奶油低热量,这个夏天一起品尝甜品……
