Steps to make 浇汁香菇青菜

  • 1.香菇去蒂,用清水泡一泡,洗净;小青菜也择洗干净;
  • 2.老姜洗净,剁成姜末备用;
  • 3.锅里倒入清水烧开,调入适量盐,将香菇放进去烫几分钟;
  • 4.最后放小青菜,烫熟了就起锅;
  • 5.将小青菜、香菇捞出装盘;
  • 6.炒锅倒入适量植物油烧热,放入姜末炒香;
  • 7.调入适量生抽、糖、淀粉、冷水,搅拌均匀;
  • 8.趁热浇在香菇上即可。
