  • 1.龙虾用刷子刷洗干净开边。
  • 2.粉丝用凉水泡软。
  • 3.蒜头拍扁和姜一起剁碎。
  • 4.蒜末姜末放入碗中,淋上热油。
  • 5.加入少许蚝油和生抽,少量的盐,搅拌均匀备用。
  • 6.盘中铺上粉丝
  • 7.将龙虾摆放在粉丝上,均匀的淋上备好的蒜蓉酱。
  • 8.锅中水烧开,将龙虾上锅大火蒸15分钟,时间视龙虾大小而定。
