  • 1.材料:牛蹄筋5根 香菜3小棵 香叶2片 八角5粒 花椒少许 调料: 盐适量 辣椒油1/4勺 日式沙拉汁2汤勺 料酒1汤勺
  • 2.坐锅上火倒入洗净的2片香叶 5粒八角 少许花椒烤香。
  • 3.倒入2碗的开水在倒入盐
  • 4.加入料酒烧开。、
  • 5..烧开的五香水倒入砂锅内,在倒入洗净的牛蹄筋大火烧开后转小火熬煮30分钟就可以捞出。
  • 6.把香菜洗净,牛筋和香菜切好装碗备用。
  • 7.倒入1/4勺的辣椒油
  • 8.再倒入2汤勺的日式沙拉汁搅拌均匀。
  • 9.倒入牛筋碗内搅拌均匀就可以上桌了。
