  • 1.备好材料
  • 2.豆豉用水浸泡2分钟左右后洗去杂质
  • 3.新鲜草鱼切块,姜切片,蒜叶切段
  • 4.草鱼用少许盐和1勺料酒腌渍片刻(因为豆豉是咸的,请酌情放盐)
  • 5.烧热油锅,放入姜片煸香
  • 6.摆放入鱼块,中火煎片刻
  • 7.翻面再煎片刻
  • 8.淋入1小勺料酒
  • 9.放入豆豉
  • 10.加入1勺生抽,加2汤匙清水焖至鱼熟入味
  • 11.出锅前放入葱叶,炒均匀就关火,装盘即可
