  • 1.将面粉、酵母搅拌均匀,放入温水和成软硬适度的面团,醒发。
  • 2.将泡发好的臻蘑清洗干净,在滚水中焯透,捞出,过凉,剁碎。
  • 3.将烤肉粒放一大碗中待用。
  • 4.葱姜切末。
  • 5.将臻蘑、葱姜末、放入肉粒碗中,加入色拉油、精盐、五香粉、酱油、海米、味精,搅拌均匀即可。
  • 6.将醒发好的面团,放在案板上,搓成长条,下剂子,擀皮,开始包包子。
  • 7.将包好的包子,放入蒸锅内。
  • 8.大火蒸8分钟即可。
