黄鳍鲷鱼,我们叫黄脚立,是一种海鱼,鲷鱼的一种,长的有点像罗非鱼,只是颜色比较白,鱼鳍有点黄色,所以叫黄鳍鲷。这鱼的肉质细嫩,人家说鱼大的好吃,这鱼却是半斤以下的好吃,清蒸起来,比石斑鱼还好,呵呵。今天还是清蒸,不过,把调料一次放上,懒人版的,做起来非常方便。鱼好,味道就好,控制好蒸鱼的时间,好味道自然就来了。

Steps to make 清蒸黄鳍鲷鱼(懒人版)

  • 1.将鱼去鳞去肚洗净控干。
  • 2.在鱼下垫上姜丝,鱼面也铺上姜丝,淋入生抽及花生油。
  • 3.水烧开后,将鱼入锅猛火蒸6分钟就熟了。
  • 4.出锅后,撒上葱花就行了。
