Steps to make 明目养血的猪肝瘦肉粥

  • 1.猪肝洗净切小丁,瘦肉去筋膜,用刀背将肉敲打松散,切同样大小的丁;
  • 2.猪肝和瘦肉分别放在两个碗里,猪肝中加入料酒和白醋,瘦肉中加料酒,腌20分钟左右,青菜切丁备用;
  • 3.备好米,淘洗干净后,倒入电饭锅中,加入足量的水;
  • 4.30分钟后,将腌好的猪肝和瘦肉加入,搅拌均匀,盖锅煮约20分钟;
  • 5.再加入青菜,煮至熟,盐调味即可出锅。
