Steps to make 糖醋排骨

  • 1.排骨洗净,面粉加水散开。倒入排骨搅拌均匀。
  • 2.面粉用水调成像芝麻糊那样就可以放入排骨了,让排骨都裹上面粉。
  • 3.锅里放入多点油,等油温很高时候把裹住面粉的排骨一块块依次放入油锅里炸。等转色捞起排骨放碗里。油温再次加温,把炸好成型排骨全部倒入油锅。调小火慢慢炸,差不多十分钟左右。捞起排骨控油。油到碗里可以炒菜。
  • 4.锅里放水加糖,倒入番茄酱一直搅拌均匀。
  • 5.倒入炸好排骨,关火翻炒均匀出锅。
