大白杯子蛋糕

  • 蛋糕粉30g
  • 棉花糖9颗
  • 淡奶油300g

Steps to make 大白杯子蛋糕

  • 1.准备材料
  • 2.这里要注意了!2蛋黄➕1全蛋做蛋糕糊,2蛋白打发用
  • 3.蛋黄里➕糖➕玉米油搅拌均匀
  • 4.筛入低粉,轻轻搅拌均匀
  • 5.细砂糖分3次➕入蛋白里打发
  • 6.蛋白打发完全,硬性,提起打蛋头出现双小尖勾
  • 7.3分之1蛋白与蛋黄糊混合均匀,用切拌和翻拌的手法
  • 8.把剩下的蛋白倒进蛋黄糊里,全部混合均匀
  • 9.装到纸杯上,8分满
  • 10.烤箱150度预热10分钟,再把蛋糕放中层,150度烤35分钟(每个烤箱温差不一样,注意观察)
  • 11.蛋糕出炉放凉
  • 12.准备棉花糖和甘纳许
  • 13.画上大白眼睛
  • 14.淡奶油坐冰水打发
  • 15.打发完全(今天一不小心,打过了点点)
  • 16.奶油装进裱花袋里,裱花袋剪小口,一圈一圈画上大白身体
  • 17.放上棉花糖大白头,可爱的大白出现咯……
