  • 1.木瓜1个洗净去皮切大块备用。
  • 2.莲子洗净用水泡发半小时。
  • 3.冰糖250克、鹌鹑蛋煮熟剥壳备用。
  • 4.锅中放上1/4的清水将泡好的莲子下锅。
  • 5.大火烧开后调小火煲1小时左右。
  • 6.煲至莲子软烂为止。
  • 7.将木瓜和鹌鹑蛋一起加入锅中大火煲10分钟。
  • 8.最后将冰糖加入煮至融化就做好了。
  • 9.这款糖水冰热都可以。
